"The electricity was out on Saturday and therefore there was nothing that would normally be available (air-conditioning, TV, light, etc). We were not given any kind of discount for the services not available and were told by the clerk: "Mother Nature, Nothing we can do!" Next time we will stay at another hotel that stands by their word."
